STORY BEHIND THE DISH

I came across this dressing at one of my best friends parents house. I really call it "Bev's Yummy Salad Dressing." It is a simple Asian dressing that pairs well with any Asian salad.

This is a pretty straight forward & easy recipe to follow, Don't forget, you can always substitute soy sauce for gluten free soy sauce to make it gluten free!

    1. There is nothing in this dressing that has a early expiration date. I make a large batch & use it for dinners, lunches, etc. I leave it in a sealed jar in the fridge for 2-3 weeks, I am sure it could stay longer but I use it way too often! The oils will separate but a good shake and it's ready to go. I would suggest making half the recipe if you worry about it not staying fresh but I have never had a problem. Hope this helps :)
